Financial Policy

The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs, treatment plan, and insurance coverage. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for you.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. All charges are due the day of service. We accept personal checks, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit cards. 

Our practice accepts all major credit cards and insurance plans.

Our office staff is available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your benefits are being maximized. As we accept and file all claims through any insurance company, please note that your coverage can vary based on preferred in-network provider and out-of-network provider policies. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage. 

For patients without dental insurance, ask us about our Dental Membership Plan.

Cancellation Policy 

While we are committed to seeing our patients on time and being respectful of your time, we do have a cancellation policy. We do understand emergencies arise from time to time, but in order to maintain our schedule, we request 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. A $50 fee will be charged to a patient’s account for a no-show or cancellation occurring less than 24 hours in advance. Thank you for choosing us as your dental healthcare provider!
