Existing Dental Patients
As you get acclimated to Moulton Dentistry of Hoover, we hope you take the time to learn more about the new patient process! Below, you’ll find important information regarding expectations for your next visit. This includes new patient forms you’ll need to fill out, what we do during your initial visit and financing options for future treatments. If you have questions, we encourage you to let us know either over the phone or when you arrive.
Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive, Dr. Moulton will spend time talking with you and learning about your unique needs. He makes sure to dedicate at least 30 minutes to understand your priorities, whether they be preventive, cosmetic, restorative or something else! This is followed by a complete exam and cleaning, which takes about 45 minutes to perform. Afterward, he’ll spend the next 10 minutes answering your questions and addressing any last-minute concerns before you leave.
New Patient Forms
As part of your new patient experience, we ask that you fill out all of our necessary forms so we can best assist you. These forms ask questions about your dental history, medications you may be taking, and any accommodations you’d like us to provide you and your family. For your convenience, you can download the forms and fill them out online before your visit to expedite your check-in process.
