Information for New &
Existing Dental Patients
As you get acclimated to Moulton Dentistry, we hope you take the time to learn more about the new patient process! Below, you’ll find important information regarding expectations for your next visit. This includes new patient forms you’ll need to fill out, what we do during your initial visit, and financing options for future treatments. If you have questions, we encourage you to let us know either over the phone or when you arrive.
Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive, Dr. Moulton will spend time talking with you and learning about your unique needs. He makes sure to dedicate at least 30 minutes to understanding your priorities, whether they be preventive, cosmetic, restorative or something else! This is followed by a complete exam and cleaning, which takes about 45 minutes to perform. Afterwards, he’ll spend the next 10 minutes answering your questions and addressing any last-minute concerns before you leave.
New Patient Forms
As part of your new patient experience, we ask that you fill out all of our necessary forms so we can best assist you. These forms ask questions about your dental history, medications you may be taking, and any accommodations you’d like us to provide you and your family. For your convenience, you can download the forms and fill them out online before your visit to expedite your check-in process.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Moulton Dentistry is proud to accept many major dental insurance plans. Helping patients save money on dental services is very important to us, which is why we go out of our way to accept plans from multiple insurance providers. As you use your insurance, you’ll quickly learn how affordable some of your most important treatments, including preventive care, can make a difference in your long-term oral health.
We proudly accept the following dental insurance plans:
- BCBS AL
- Delta Dental of AL
- And many more! Ask our friendly team if we take your plan.
CareCredit Financing Available
Just because you don’t have a dental insurance plan does not mean that you have to go without necessary dental care. That’s why our office gladly works with third-party companies like CareCredit that make paying for treatments more manageable. In most cases, these payments come with little to zero interest attached, so you can finance your treatments with confidence. To see if you qualify, follow the link below! We’re more than happy to answer any questions you have about financing your care.
In-Office Dental Membership
Whether you don’t have insurance or your plan simply doesn’t cover the costs of the treatments that you need, there’s always another solution at Moulton Dentistry. With our in-house dental membership plan from Kleer, you can pay a flat monthly or annual fee and be guaranteed a series of treatments that meet all of your basic needs. Whether you’re a child, adult, or patient in need of periodontal therapy, Kleer makes it easy to avoid treatment without a costly middleman.
